Saturn Sigourney Rage

Saturn is a PhD student in the University of Kansas' Department of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. They are also a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Film & Media Studies, where they previously completed their MA. As a scholar, Saturn focuses on representations of trans*ness in film and visual media, specifically looking at media created by or featuring trans* artists, and how this same media approaches the topics of trans* embodiment , visibility, and sexual pleasure.
