Gender, Law, and Policy Certificate
Requirements

Be aware that students may be under different requirements based on the year they entered the major, and you should consult with your academic advisor if you have any questions or concerns about the specific requirements that apply to you.
Generally, certificates students in Gender, Law & Policy are required to take:
- an introductory course, WGSS 101 or 111
- one mid-level elective, numbered 300 or above
- one advanced elective, numbered 500 or above
- the capstone course, WGSS 563: Gender, Sexuality & The Law
