Overview

The Human Sexuality Minor would provide a solid foundation upon which to build additional study in any discipline or field. The Human Sexuality Minor is designed for students who want to gain knowledge about sexuality from multiple perspectives including gender, community, culture, health care, K-12 education, public policy, law, social work, academia, counseling, therapy, and so forth.

The Human Sexuality Minor encourages students to examine how gender and sexuality intersect with race, culture, ethnicity, and social class. In our diverse world, both the private and public sectors increasingly need people who can understand, affirm, and work with human diversity in productive and constructive ways.
