Aminata Seck is o​riginally from Senegal.  She has a B.A. in Political Science from Bard College and is finishing her Masters in Global and International Studies at KU. Aminata is the founder of a non-profit organization called Association for the Development of Education in Senegal (ADES) and currently a PhD student in the WGSS program. In Spring 2016, Aminata was awarded a FLAS to study Wolof during Summer 2016.
